Helmut Kand was born in 1946 in Austria and studied at the Akademie der bilden-den Konste at Vienna. He has had solo exhibitions both abroad and in Greece.

Helmut Kand from the earliest stages of its creation has set goal of his aesthetic research the detection of the boundaries between art and life.
