Panagiotis Matsoukas

Panagiotis Matsoukas was born in Athens in 1972. He lives and works in Ioannina. In 1993 he got diploma in graphic arts.
He graduated in 2003 from the School of Fine Arts in Athens.
He is a postgraduate student of the Department of Plastic Arts and Art Sciences at the University of Ioannina. He is a member of the Art Chamber in Greece.
